The "AK-T695" is a low-viscosity, easy-to-apply silicone grease. It is applied between the CPU and the heat sink to enhance thermal conductivity efficiency. It comes with a convenient spatula for application and is available in a 1.5g package. The operating temperature ranges from -50 to 280°C.
